Welcome

...to K3 Creations Artworks!

I am a multi-talented multi-media artist who specializes in whimsical stained glass as well as etched brass accessories. Along with these primary art forms, I also create pieces using feathers, leather, beads, wood, found objects, upcycled wearables, and a little bit of everything else that catches my fancy!

I LOVE THE CHALLENGE OF CREATING CUSTOM ORDERS!

Please bring me your wildest fantasies, cosplay dreams, and quirky ideas - if I am capable of making it, I will! Let's open a dialogue about what I can do for you!

*** PLEASE NOTE ***
Everything I create is *absolutely* One Of A Kind (OOAK) and cannot be duplicated in the future if you miss your chance - though I can attempt to come close to the original theme or color scheme as a Custom Order.

Moral of the story:
If you fall in love with something I have made, get it while you can, because there will never be another piece exactly like it!

Shipping details

My preferred Shipping method for all small items (including Magic Mirrors up to 8" square) is via USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States (1-3 business days.) For Magic Mirrors sized 12" and above, I use USPS Retail Ground / Parcel Post (2-8 business days.) However, if you have a preference for a different speed of mail via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, I will gladly re-calculate my Shipping charge for your specific needs! Please inquire before purchasing for Shipping costs to all other destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and International addresses (I will gladly ship anywhere in the world!).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Please note that all International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

All in-stock Items will be Shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment, although I generally aim to ship out the next business day. Custom Orders ship within 3-5 business days of completion. I will contact you by your preferred method to let you know the exact date a Custom Order was sent. All Shipping fees include Handling, Postage, Insurance for the value of the Item(s), Delivery Confirmation, and a USPS Tracking Number.

I am not responsible for lost packages if Delivery Confirmation shows that the package was successfully delivered to your address.

Due to the unusual shape(s) and variety of sizes of Walking Staves, the Shipping cost for them must be calculated on a case-by-case basis and they cannot be sent via First Class Mail. If you are planning to purchase a Walking Staff, CONTACT ME FIRST before placing your order, so that I can have the correct Shipping cost calculated and ready to go. Or, optionally, I can refund you any difference between the listed generic Shipping cost and the actual Shipping cost.

I am happy to ship any Items to other addresses as gifts, just ask!

Refunds, returns & exchanges

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me! Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. If we cannot resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction, I will gladly accept the Item back for Return or Exchange within two weeks of purchase date. Sorry, but there are no Refunds on Shipping fees. Refund / Exchange requests on Custom Orders will be evaluated individually, and are at my discretion. If you wish to Cancel your order for any reason, please contact me as quickly as possible to avoid Shipping charges, and I will make note of the Cancellation in my records. All Items are guaranteed to be Shipped in excellent condition, and are carefully packaged so that they arrive the same way. If an Item is damaged in Shipping, please return it to me (including the ORIGINAL PACKAGING) within two weeks, and I will repair or replace it (at my discretion) for free!

--> If you have any further questions regarding this Policy, please send me an e-mail at: K3CreationsArtworks@gmail.com or through the Contact button provided by Zibbet.

REPAIRS / REPLACEMENTS:
It is unfortunate, but sometimes Bad Things happen to Good Art. If your K3 Creations Artworks piece ever becomes damaged due to an accident or just from regular wear-and-tear at any point during its lifetime, I will gladly accept the piece back for Repair or Replacement (at my discretion).

Simple Repairs generally will cost 25% of the original price of the item, plus Shipping. More complex Repairs generally will cost 50% of the original price of the item, plus Shipping. Broken Stained Glass pieces (not including pieces of Magic Mirrors or Scrappy Suncatchers) will have a cost of $25.00 per broken piece or 50% of the original price (whichever is less), plus Shipping. Because of the complexity of their construction, Magic Mirrors needing repair will cost no less than $35.00 per broken piece or 50% of the original price (whichever is less), plus Shipping. Scrappy Suncatchers needing repair will cost a flat rate of $35.00 plus Shipping, regardless of the number of broken pieces. Because of the random nature of both my Magic Mirrors and Scrappy Suncatchers, I cannot guarantee that the repaired piece will exactly match the original broken piece, though the replacement piece(s) will be appropriate to the overall design/color scheme.

I reserve the right to re-evaluate the cost of any Repair requested if it I determine that it is of above- or below-average complexity. If you have a Repair Request, please contact me, and I will be happy to discuss the particulars.

Additional information

CRAFTSMANSHIP:
I strive to construct all my artworks to the highest standards of quality and longevity possible. I take pride in my creations, and want you to be able to enjoy them for many years to come! Every piece I sell is accompanied by a Care and Feeding sheet that outlines any specific care issues for that piece. If you are displeased with the quality of your purchase for any reason, please contact me. I will do everything I can to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

--> If you have any further questions regarding this Policy, please send me an e-mail at: K3CreationsArtworks@gmail.com or through the Contact button provided by Zibbet.

MATERIALS:
Whenever and wherever possible, I try to use only the highest quality materials available. If you have any specific Materials requirements (such as needing a specific fine metal for jewelry that will come into contact with skin), please don’t hesitate to contact me. In general, anything I make can be retrofitted to your needs for little or no additional charge.

In accordance with Federal Trade Commission regulations, all products I sell which contain natural, enhanced, or man-made gem materials will have the exact nature of those materials designated in the Item Description. These designations are based off of those provided to me by my various suppliers, and are accurate to the best of my knowledge.

*** Please Note:
The large feathers I use for my Fantasy Feathers are all Peafowl feathers (Peacocks / Peahens) obtained from a local source (within Michigan). The birds live in a cruelty-free environment on a friend’s farm in the Thumb region of the state where they are well cared for. The birds were not harmed in any way in the collection of their feathers. All of a bird’s feathers are shed, or molted, naturally every year, and the feathers are then simply picked up from the ground where they fall.

*** Please Note:
The main wood I use as the basis for my Walking Staves comes from the non-poisonous variety of Sumac which grows wild throughout Michigan. In particular, all of my current pieces were collected from a local nature park, with the full knowledge and consent of the staff, after a large stand of Sumac was cleared from one of their Nature Study Areas. No harm was done to the environment in the collection of the Sumac, and in fact, the same stand of Sumac is regrowing in the same spot it was cleared from previously!

*** Please Note:
Many of the Natural Materials I use, such as feathers and wood, may have minor flaws, imperfections, or other signs of wear due to their organic origins. These imperfections should not be seen to detract from the finished piece in any way, but instead add to the unique character and beauty of the artwork itself!

*** Please Note:
California Residents - Proposition 65 WARNING:
Handling products made of lead-bearing materials will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or reproductive harm.

*** Please Note:
If you have any questions or concerns about the materials used in any of my creations, please don’t hesitate to contact me!

CUSTOM ORDERS:
If there is something you have in mind that you don't see in my Studio, send me an email at K3CreationsArtworks@gmail.com. I will gladly work with you in creating the artwork you are dreaming of!

Custom Orders can be completed in one of two ways:

You can just give me a description of what you are imagining (the more detailed, the better), and then you can let me have at it and be surprised...

((( OR )))

Alternatively, if you would like to be more involved in the process, we can begin an artistic dialogue. I would be happy to take your description and make a sample / mock-up of the piece. I will send you a photo of that piece, which you can then immediately Approve for final construction, or you can let me know what you would like changed about it. We will continue the dialogue until you are satisfied with the sample, and give it your Approval for construction. I am also willing to try to incorporate any special materials or objects you may have at home and wish to include in one of my pieces. Ill work with you on any Custom Order until you are completely satisfied with the result!

Custom Orders are prioritized in my home studio, and I make every effort to complete them in as short a timespan as possible. When a Custom Order is Approved for Production, I will ask for a down payment of 50% of the total cost (not including Shipping) as a good faith payment. This percentage may increase due to the expense of materials or processes involved, but will never exceed 75% of the total cost. This good faith payment is NOT refundable. I will also send you a confirmation e-mail with an estimated construction time and Shipping date. The final payment is due when I finish your piece and notify you of its completion.
